Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and driven Marketing Sales and Advertising Director – Account Director (Advertising) to lead our marketing and advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives to promote our premium rental solutions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Lead the creation and implementation of innovative advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Identify target audiences and market segments, and tailor marketing messages and advertising content accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising effectiveness and ROI.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, media partners, and advertising agencies to maximize advertising opportunities and reach.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform marketing and advertising strategies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to marketing and advertising team members to foster professional development and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, and advertising roles, with a focus on account management and/or advertising agency experience.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive results and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media advertising and Google Ads.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads certification or Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification, are advantageous.
